WHO WE ARE
NorthStar Compliance Services was founded to fill a critical gap in rural central Utah. For years, residents, employers, and legal professionals in Sanpete County had to travel to Nephi, Richfield, or Salt Lake City for drug and alcohol testing or DNA collection services. NorthStar was built to change that.
Locally owned and operated, NorthStar is led by Eliza Summerhays and Jake Christensen, two professionals with backgrounds in the medical field and emergency operations. Ellie brings hands-on experience as a CNA and pharmacy technician, and together they share a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and serving their community with integrity.
NorthStar Compliance Services provides professional specimen collection services for drug, alcohol, and DNA testing. All laboratory testing is performed by accredited partner laboratories, and every collection follows strict chain-of-custody and regulatory protocols. For DNA testing, we work with laboratories that are accredited by the AABB to ensure results meet legal and immigration requirements when applicable.
Please note that NorthStar Compliance Services is not a testing laboratory; we specialize in accurate, compliant specimen collection services.
